At youroffer.shop, we want you to be happy with your purchase. We offer a 30-day return period for physical planners, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. Digital products follow separate rules due to instant delivery.

Return conditions
To qualify for a return:
The item must be in the same condition in which you received it.
It must be unworn/unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging.
You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back to us without first submitting a return request and receiving approval will not be accepted.
