Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital items, we cannot offer refunds once a file has been downloaded or accessed, as these products can be easily replicated and distributed. By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept this policy.

If you encounter any technical problems or if the product received does not match its description, please contact us promptly at Contact@youroffer.shop. We will investigate and resolve any verified issues as quickly as possible.

Please note that the choice of app or platform does not affect this refund policy.

Physical Products

Returns are accepted for eligible items within 30 days of receipt.

To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging with proof of purchase. Returns should be sent only after receiving return authorization from our team and must not be shipped directly to the manufacturer.

Non-returnable items include gift cards, digital downloads, and certain health or personal care products.

How to Request a Return

Email Contact@youroffer.shop with your order number, details of the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return. Returns need to be pre-authorized. Returns without approval may be refused.

Return Shipping and Labels

After approval, you will receive a prepaid shipping label via email to download and print.

Please use the provided label, and ensure tracking is enabled on your return shipment.

Return Shipping Costs and Fees

Eligible returns shipped within the 30-day return window using our prepaid label incur no return shipping charges, and no restocking fees will be applied.

Returns with missing parts, damage, or signs of use may be subject to deductions or refusal, as outlined in the return authorization message.

Returns sent outside the authorized process or timeframe may be rejected or incur fees.

Refund Process and Timing

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified of refund approval or denial by email.

Approved refunds will be issued back to the original payment method.

Refunds usually take 5 to 7 business days after approval to process, depending on your bank or card issuer. If your refund is delayed, please contact your financial institution first, then notify us at Contact@youroffer.shop if needed.

Exchanges

Defective or damaged items can be exchanged for the same product if available or refunded after contacting us to initiate the process.

Sale Items

Only full-priced items qualify for refunds; sales and clearance merchandise are final and unable to be returned.

Gift Returns

Items marked as gifts and sent directly to you will receive store credit for returns. If the gift was purchased and shipped by someone else, the refund will be processed to the original purchaser.
