How it works:
Order Confirmation: You will receive a purchase confirmation email once your order is complete.
Download Link: Shortly after, an email with a secure download link will be sent. Click the link to download and start using your planner instantly.
Multi-Device Access: After downloading, your planner can be accessed on compatible devices and applications.
Physical Products — Complimentary Shipping
Free standard shipping is offered on qualifying orders to the destinations listed below.
Processing Time: Orders are usually processed within 1 to 2 business days; allow up to 3 business days during busy periods. Processing is done Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
Dispatch Delays: Incorrect or incomplete payment or shipping details may result in processing delays.
Order Modifications: You have up to 1 hour after purchase to request order corrections. To make changes, please email Contact@youroffer.shop.
Accuracy of Shipping Address: Ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Orders sent to wrong addresses may be irretrievable. Please review the Wrong Address Policy below.
Estimated Delivery Times

United Kingdom and Europe: 7 to 14 business days after dispatch.

Free Returns Summary
Eligible physical products can be returned within 30 days using our prepaid return label. Some product categories are non-returnable; please refer to the Returns and Refund Policy for details.
Digital products are non-refundable once downloaded or accessed. For technical assistance, please contact our support team.
Wrong Address Policy
If you realize your shipping address is incorrect, notify us at Contact@youroffer.shop within 1 hour to request updates. Orders already processed or shipped may not be changed. Packages returned due to address errors will be resent upon receipt, with added shipping time.
